• This prize draw is open to any person who has completed the Adelaide Central Market survey.
• Only one entry for the draw per person will be accepted each 12 months. 
• A simple ID number cross-check will occur to ensure each entry has completed a survey.
• The random prize draw will take place each month after the month finishes.
• Winners will be notified by contact details provided.
• If attempts to contact a winner are unsuccessful after 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.
• The prize draw consists of a Adelaide Central Market gift voucher valued at $200 .
• The prizes will be issued by the Adelaide Central Market Authority and will need to be collected from the Market Stall, during Market Trading Hours.
• This prize draw will be undertaken by independent research agency Further Insight (https://www.furtherinsight.com.au/) on behalf of the Adelaide Central Market Authority. 
• Personal information and survey responses will be de-identified (separated) and not stored in the same datafile.
• You are welcome to opt out or decline participation at any stage thereafter.
